Two products we made ourselves

Some of what we sell, we built. Entropy and Agora are our own products — we designed them, we run them in production, and we use them in client work. That is a different position to recommending someone else’s tool: when one of them behaves badly on a Friday afternoon, it is our code and our problem.

Entropy

Smart Media Optimization & Delivery Engine

Entropy is an image and video optimization engine with its own CDN. You point it at the assets you already have and change one URL. Nothing about the way your users upload has to change, and nothing gets migrated.

  • Every visitor is served the lightest format their browser accepts — AVIF, then WebP, then the original — resized to the dimensions your layout actually asks for. A phone never downloads desktop-sized pixels.
  • Optimised variants are cached at the edge, so your origin is fetched once per asset rather than once per view.
  • It accepts what phones really record, HEIC photos and HEVC video included, and turns video into a fast-starting MP4 with poster frames generated for you.
  • It optimises for how the image looks, not for a byte target — so skies don't band, skin tones don't go blotchy and brand colours don't shift.

Runs on WhiteClover, Momizen and Localgoods — and powers media delivery inside Agora.

Custom Marketplace & E-Commerce Platform

Agora is a headless, API-first commerce platform we design and build around the way a business already runs, instead of bending the business to fit a template. One commerce core, used by a storefront, a vendor app and an operations back-office.

  • Multi-vendor payment splitting with automated per-vendor payouts, commission computed server-side, and refunds that correctly reverse a single vendor's share of a multi-vendor order.
  • A vendor mobile app that is a product in its own right — onboarding, catalogue, live orders, courier vouchers and honest after-commission earnings — rather than a cut-down admin login.
  • Statutory e-invoicing wired into the order lifecycle, with the compliance layer built to be swapped per market.
  • You leave with the codebase, the documentation and the ability to run it. No cut per sale, no feature behind an enterprise tier.

Eight named people

Art direction, design, engineering, project management, QA and DevOps are all covered by people you can see and look up on our about page. The same eight names carry a project from the first sketch to the deploy pipeline.

We run our own products

Entropy and Agora are not case studies, they are software we operate. Momizen, a multi-vendor marketplace we have been building since 2020, runs on both. When something breaks in production it is our bug to fix, not a vendor ticket to raise.

We stay after launch

Two of our five offers are monthly retainers rather than one-off projects, and the Momizen engagement has been running since 2020. We would rather keep improving something we know than hand over a folder and leave.

Honest about fit

Our venture-partnership page says outright that it is not for most teams and points them somewhere better. We publish that because selling everyone the largest engagement is how you end up doing work you cannot stand behind.
