What is hora?
hora is online booking software for appointment and class businesses in Greece, such as salons, clinics, therapists, studios and camps. Customers book on your own booking page and you run the diary, team and reminders from one dashboard.
How much does hora cost?
Solo is €19 a month for one person, or €15 a month if you pay yearly. Team is €35 a month for up to 5 people and Business is €69 a month for up to 15. Every plan starts with a free 30-day pilot.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. You pay one flat monthly price. There’s no fee per booking and no commission, and your clients stay yours.
Which languages does it support?
Greek and English. You choose per business, and the booking page, emails and texts all follow that choice.
Can I add it to my own website?
Yes. A short snippet adds a “Book now” button or a booking form. It works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and plain HTML.
What if I don’t have a website?
That’s fine. Your booking page works on its own, so you can share the link on Instagram, Google or Viber.
Is my customers’ data safe?
Each business’s data is kept apart from everyone else’s. You can export or erase a customer in one click, and nothing is ever used for advertising.
Can I run camps, courses or workshops?
Yes. Take the Activities plan on its own, add it to Solo or Team from €12 a month on yearly billing, or get it included with Business.
How do text reminders work?
Every plan comes with a monthly allowance of texts. We only text customers who opt in, and only reminders and cancellations, never marketing.
