hora privacy policy

When you book with a Business through hora, that Business decides how your booking details are used (it is the "controller"); Nima Project Ltd processes them only on its behalf (we are its "processor"). For those details, read the Business's own privacy notice, linked from its booking page, and contact the Business to exercise your rights.

For the accounts of people who run or work at a Business, and for the operation of the platform itself, Nima Project Ltd is the controller. That is what the rest of this policy covers.

Business accounts: name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), role, and which Businesses you belong to.

Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept for security for up to 30 days, and error reports, which are filtered so that they contain no customer contact details.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in.

To provide the service you signed up for (contract), to keep it secure and fix faults (legitimate interest), and to meet legal obligations such as accounting.

Only the service providers listed in our Data Processing Agreement, who process data on our instructions, and authorities where the law requires it. We never sell personal data.

Business account data for as long as the account exists, then deleted within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep invoices or records longer.

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, with the form at hora.thenimaproject.com/data-request or by writing to [email protected]. We answer within one month. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
