hora terms of service

Last updated 9 October 2026

1. Who we are

hora is an online booking service operated by Nima Project Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13152926), 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].

These terms apply to businesses that use hora to take bookings ("Businesses"), and to the people who book with them ("Customers").

2. The service

hora gives each Business a booking page, a dashboard and related features (emails, reminders, waitlists, activities). Features may change over time; we will tell Businesses in advance about changes that reduce what the service does.

A booking is an agreement between the Customer and the Business. hora is not a party to it and is not responsible for the Business's services, prices, cancellations or refunds.

3. Business accounts

The Business is responsible for the accuracy of its details, services, prices and opening hours, for everyone it gives a login to, and for keeping those logins secure.

The Business must have a lawful basis for the customer data it collects through hora, publish its own privacy notice to Customers, and accept our Data Processing Agreement, under which we process that data on its behalf.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use hora to break the law, send unsolicited messages, collect data you are not entitled to, interfere with the service, or try to access another Business's data.

We may suspend an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after warning the Business where that is reasonable.

5. Fees

Fees, if any, are agreed separately with each Business. Text messages may be charged on top, as agreed.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep hora available and secure, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by a Business's or Customer's own actions.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or the rights consumers have under Greek and EU law.

7. Ending the service

A Business can stop using hora at any time. When an account is closed we delete its data as described in the Data Processing Agreement, after giving the Business the chance to export it.

8. Law and changes

These terms are governed by Greek law; the courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without affecting consumers' rights to go to their local courts.

We may update these terms; we will notify Businesses of material changes at least 30 days in advance.
